Our wrestling program is led by Coach Ron Griffin, head coach of the Galileo High School Lions wrestling team. A proven mentor and technician, Ron’s squads have dominated league matches and developed a reputation for grit and performance across San Francisco.

Our classes focus on freestyle wrestling fundamentals — takedowns, clinch entries, scrambles, and mat control — built for MMA cross-training and grappling effectiveness.
